Contact & studio

Visit the studio, message us, or send an enquiry

Most families reach us on WhatsApp first and visit later for a fitting. Either way you will talk to one of four people who know every item on the rail.

Getting here

The studio is on a quiet lane off the riverside, about eight minutes on foot from Masjid Jamek LRT station, which is served by the Kelana Jaya, Ampang and Sri Petaling lines. Walk along the river towards Jalan Tun Perak and look for the blue door with the halftone wave on it.

If you drive, there are paid public parking bays along the lane and a multi-storey car park a short walk away; weekday afternoons are easiest. Weekend mornings are our busiest time, so if you are bringing several children for a fitting, a weekday after school or a Sunday afternoon is calmer.

Inside there is a kids' try-on bench, a mirror at child height, drinking water and a small corner with colouring sheets of Malaysian fish. The studio is on the ground floor with a step-free entrance and room for a pram.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I see and try the clothes before buying?

Yes. The studio at Jalan Tebing Sungai 3 is open Monday to Saturday 10:30–19:30 and Sunday 11:00–17:00. Every size of every item is on the rail, and there is a low try-on bench for children. You do not need an appointment, but booking a fitting slot on WhatsApp means Kavitha can set aside time for the whole family.

My child is between sizes. Which should I order?

For shirts, rash guards and pants, take the larger size: a sun shirt that hangs loosely blocks more UV than one stretched tight, and children grow. For boots, choose the true size with a thumb's width at the toe. If you are still unsure, send us chest and height measurements and we will pick one size for you.

What if the size is wrong after delivery?

Unworn children's items can be swapped for another size free within 14 days. Within Semenanjung we pay the return postage; from Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan we refund postage up to RM 15. Adult items follow the standard 7-day return policy for unworn items with tags.

Does UPF 50+ mean my children don't need sunscreen?

No. The fabric protects the skin it covers. Faces, the backs of hands and any bare legs still need sunscreen, and a hat or cap shades the face. We explain how UPF works in our Sun & Fit Guide.

How do I order without a shopping cart?

Use the “Add to WhatsApp list” buttons on the shop page and send the list, tap “Order on WhatsApp” on a single item, or fill in the form on this page. We confirm sizes and stock, then send an FPX or DuitNow payment link. Nothing is charged until you pay that link.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

Semenanjung Malaysia costs RM 8 and is free from RM 200, arriving in 2–4 working days. Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan cost RM 15 and are free from RM 350, arriving in 4–7 working days. Self-pickup from the studio is free and packed within two hours.

Do you make clothes for school or club fishing groups?

We supply schools, scout groups and angling clubs with the Teduh shirts in mixed sizes from 10 pieces. Group orders get 10 % off and free name labels. For printed logos we work with a local printer and quote separately; allow about three weeks.

Are your sunglasses safe for young children?

The Kids Kilau has a bendable rubber frame, polarised lenses and UV400 protection, and fits most children aged 4 to 11. It comes with a strap. As with any eyewear, children should not look directly at the sun.
